We will NEVER send marketing or promotional messages through this service channel or share your phone number with third parties. Email Communications You may receive service invoices, maintenance reminders, and other service-related emails. You may opt out of non-essential emails by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
By scheduling service with Dynamic Tuning Specialists, you agree to: - Provide accurate vehicle information - Authorize recommended repairs upon approval - Pay for services rendered upon completion - Pick up your vehicle within 48 hours of notification
If you wish to purchase automotive services through our Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and vehicle information. All pricing is provided as estimates until final diagnosis. Written authorization required for repairs exceeding initial estimate by $100 or more.
Parts warranties as provided by manufacturer. Labor warranty: 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever comes first). Warranty void if vehicle serviced elsewhere for same repair.
Our Service allows you to post reviews and feedback ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. This includes vehicle information, contact details, and insurance information.

Our liability is limited to the actual cost of services performed. In no event shall Dynamic Tuning Specialists be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of use of vehicle, pre-existing conditions, or wear items reaching end of service life.
Vehicle repair involves inherent uncertainties. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
