Who We Are
Dynamic Tuning Specialists is a professional ECU tuning shop based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We specialize in custom calibrations for trucks, cars, agricultural equipment, and heavy-duty diesel — with a focus on doing things the right way.
For our first decade we were a full-service performance and repair shop. Today we are 100% tuning — every hour of the day goes into calibration, diagnostics, and programming. That decade of wrench-turning is behind every tune we write: we know what the hardware is doing because we've built it ourselves.
Every vehicle that comes through our door gets a custom tune built for its specific combination of modifications, fuel, and intended use. We don't sell canned files or cookie-cutter calibrations.
Our Approach
We believe in precision over shortcuts. That means investing in the best tools, staying current with the latest platforms, and taking the time to get every calibration right. When we hand you the keys back, the tune is done — not "close enough."
We also believe in transparency. We'll tell you what your vehicle needs, what it doesn't, and what the realistic expectations are. No upselling, no hype — just honest advice backed by real experience.
