Our sister company
Farm equipment is not a sideline here — it's a first-class part of the shop, and it has its own brand: Ag'merica ECU Remapping, our sister company. The controllers on a modern tractor or combine are the same class of hardware we calibrate every week, and the economics are better: a machine that pulls the same implement on less fuel, holds its speed under load, and doesn't shut down in the middle of a narrow window earns its keep across a season. Shop work is by appointment at 137 Chambeau Rd in Fort Wayne, and we bring the same bench to your farm anywhere within 100 miles.
It's the name on the door: a dynamic tune, not a static off-the-shelf file. An ag engine controller holds well over a hundred tables that decide how your machine behaves — fueling, air, torque, and the governor that ties them together. We open the ones that matter for the work you actually do, change them deliberately, and log the result on your machine.

Fuel is the input you buy every single day, and it's the one a calibration can move. BlueOptimize™ is Viezu's own economy-tuning programme — the software behind their Queen's Award for Enterprise, independently tested at the Millbrook proving ground, and available for cars, vans, trucks and tractors. As an authorized Viezu dealer, we write it here in Fort Wayne and on your farm.
Figures published by Viezu for the BlueOptimize™ programme. Real gains vary with the machine, the implement, and how it's worked — which is why we measure on yours rather than quote you a number off a chart.
Watch particles flow from engine to tailpipe. Each stage adds cost and complexity.
Ceramic honeycomb trapping soot particles. It has to burn clean at around 1,100°F during a regen. Short cycles, cold weather, and low loads prevent proper regen — soot builds until your ECU forces a parked regen or cuts your power.
Tap each stage and watch your power, speed, and productivity drop in real time.

We don't have a dyno, and we don't sell you a peak number. What matters in the field is what the engine does when the implement loads it up: how far the governor lets speed fall, how fast it recovers, and whether it holds PTO speed at 540 or 1,000 through a heavy pass. That's governor and torque-curve work — verified with datalogging on your machine, under your load.
Nothing gets calibrated before we know what the machine is actually reporting. We pull codes and freeze frames from every controller — engine, aftertreatment, transmission, hitch and PTO — with OEM-level tools. From the seat, a DPF pressure fault and a bad DEF quality reading are identical: both just take your power. On the scan tool they're two completely different repairs.

Agricultural tuning is its own discipline, so it has its own name. Ag'merica is our sister company, pointed entirely at the field: the same master tuner, the same calibration bench, the same Viezu file access — working on tractors, combines, and the equipment that has to run when the window is open.
On-site tuning and diagnostics anywhere within 100 miles of Fort Wayne. Your machine never leaves the property and never waits in a line at a dealership. Shop work is by appointment at 137 Chambeau Rd — and for mobile work, contact us for pricing.
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prevents a manufacturer from voiding your warranty simply because you modified the machine. They have to prove the modification caused the specific failure they're declining to cover.
Every calibration we write is fully reversible — your original file is saved before anything is written, and it can be put back. Results vary by machine, implement, and how it's worked, which is exactly why we measure on yours instead of quoting you a number off a chart.
